This policy explains how Gold Lens Photography handles information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you use the inquiry form, you can share your name, email, phone number, session type, preferred date and a message. The form opens your own email app with that message ready to send; nothing is stored on this website. We receive the information only if you send the email.
Client portal
If you create a client portal account, we store your name, email, phone (if given), a securely hashed password, the photos in your gallery, your favorites, shoot requests and messages with us, and a record of when you agreed to this policy and the Terms of Use (including your IP address and browser). This is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Login uses a cookie that is needed for the portal to work; we do not use advertising cookies.
Bookings and deposits
When you book a session we store the package, date and time, your contact details, location and notes, and a record of the Client Agreement you signed (the version, a fingerprint of its text, your typed name, the time, and your IP address and browser). Deposits are paid through Stripe, which processes your card details under its own privacy policy; we receive payment confirmation but never your full card number.
Ordering prints
Some galleries include an "Order prints" button. It takes you to our print store, hosted by Pic-Time, a separate company. Pic-Time collects the order, payment, and shipping details you give it, under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your payment card details.
How we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry, plan and schedule your session, and keep in touch about it. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We do not share your information except with services needed to run the business (such as email) or when required by law.
Your choices
You can update your profile in the portal, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information, including your account and gallery, at any time using the contact below.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the version date above.
